By using HappyPupSpot, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of Our Service

HappyPupSpot connects prospective pet owners with independent, verified breeders. We facilitate introductions, information sharing, and order coordination, but each puppy is bred and raised by an independent third-party breeder, not by HappyPupSpot directly.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders placed through this site are requests to purchase a puppy and are not final until payment has been received and verified by our team. We accept select cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, USDT) as well as manual payment methods (Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay), for which instructions are sent by email after an order is submitted.

Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible. It is the customer's responsibility to send the exact amount, using the exact wallet address and network provided, before contacting support with any issue.

3. Payment Verification

All payments are manually reviewed before being marked verified. Submitting a transaction ID or payment confirmation does not guarantee the order is complete — verification and puppy reservation occur only after our team confirms receipt of funds.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

HappyPupSpot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site, including delays, breeder-related disputes, or issues arising after delivery.

7. Changes to These Terms

For crypto payments, we collect the transaction ID and amount sent — we never ask for private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords.

How We Store Your Information

Account and order information is stored securely using Firebase, a Google Cloud service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that bringing a puppy home is a big decision, and we want you to feel confident and informed at every step. This policy explains how order changes, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

1. Before Payment is Verified

If you've submitted an order but your payment has not yet been verified by our team, you may cancel at any time at no cost by contacting happypupspot.support@gmail.com with your Order ID.

2. After Payment is Verified, Before Delivery

Once a payment is verified and a puppy is reserved for you, cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Because reserving a puppy takes them off the market for other families, a partial refund may apply depending on how far along the delivery process is. Contact our support team as soon as possible if your circumstances change.

3. Cryptocurrency Payments

Bitcoin and USDT payments are irreversible by nature. If a refund is approved for a crypto order, it will be issued back to the same wallet address the payment was sent from, in the equivalent USD value at the time of the refund, unless otherwise agreed with our team.

4. Health Guarantee

Every puppy comes with HappyPupSpot's health commitment. If a veterinarian identifies a covered health issue within the guarantee period, please contact support immediately with documentation — this is handled separately from standard cancellations and is designed to protect you and your new puppy.

5. Delivery Delays

Delivery timing can occasionally shift due to health checks, weather, or transport logistics. Delays alone are not grounds for automatic cancellation, but we will keep you informed and work with you on alternatives if a significant delay occurs.

6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Email happypupspot.support@gmail.com with your Order ID and the reason for your request. Our team will respond with next steps within 1–2 business days.
